During the festival, you can discover the wonderful laboratory of artists Tina Wilke and Matías Brunacci in the dimly lit cellar of the old brewery. By combining ancient and contemporary technologies into their living sculpture, both artisans create an immersive, magical-realist atmosphere for visitors. Wilke and Brunacci argue that we should be more aware of the enormous importance of these kinds of microbiological processes for the future of humanity. ‘Habitat of airless co-creation’ puts a magnifying glass to the magic of nature, bringing to light things that you would never have noticed with the naked eye or ear.
